The University of Zaragoza has approved the academic calendar for the 2024/2025 academic year, which will begin on September 1 , 2024 and conclude on August 31 , 2025. Classes will take place between September 4 and May 9, ending on first semester on December 13; and starting the second quarter on January 20. In addition to national , regional and local holidays, there will be no school days on December 23, 2024 to January 6, 2025 ( Christmas ), April 14 to 21 ( Easter ) and July 14 to August 31 ( summer ).

In degree studies , registration for new admission will be from July 11 to 16 and from July 23 to 25; and the continuation, from July 1 to 5 and from July 18 to 25. In university master ‘s studies , registration for new admission will be from July 23 to 25 and from September 24 to 26; and the continuation, from July 1 to 5 and from July 18 to 25. For doctorates , continuation registration will be from September 2 to 13, and new admission from September 20 to 30 and from March 15 to April 4.
The first semester subject exams will be from December 16 to 20 and from January 7 to 18; those of the second from May 12 to 31; and those of the first and second semester and annual, from June 16 to July 3.
