The long-awaited summer dips already have a date set. Zaragoza will open its 22 municipal swimming pools on June 8 . To access the venues, citizens will pay the same price as last year, given that the Zaragoza City Council has frozen season tickets . That is, they remain at 77 euros for adults, 46.30 for children under 18 years of age and 35 euros for senior citizens.
Day tickets for adults will cost 4 euros from Monday to Friday and 4.70 on Saturdays and holidays . Children under 18 will pay 2.70 on weekdays and 3 euros on Saturdays and holidays. For senior citizens, the price will be 2.60 euros from Monday to Friday and 2.80 euros on Saturdays and holidays. As in recent summers, special rates for heat waves remain in place.
As has become common in recent years, in the event of heat waves, the price of an individual ticket will be reduced from four euros to 2.5 for adults.
SWIMMING COURSES
The summer swimming courses will have 1,114 places for children and 99 places for adults in 18 swimming pools in the districts and rural neighborhoods. The registration period for swimming pools in rural neighborhoods will be from May 13 to 31, and in the case of urban ones from June 4 .
These four-week courses will be held first, from June 10 to July 5, in eight swimming pools in rural neighborhoods : Aguas Claras (Casetas), Garrapinillos, La Cartuja, Monzalbarba, Movera, Peñaflor, San Gregorio and San Juan de Mozarrifar.
In the months of July and August, the courses will take place in ten urban swimming pools: Alberto Maestro, Actur, Delicias, Gran Vía, La Granja, La Jota, Miralbueno, Palacio de los Deportes, Salduba and Santa Isabel .
AQUATIC PARTY ON JUNE 1 AT THE CDM ALBERTO MAESTRO
On the other hand, from May 15 to 20, registration can be made for the children’s aquatic party that will take place on Saturday, June 1 in the covered pool of the CDM Alberto Maestro , which will be transformed into a play area, inflatables and recreational workshops. . This is a free activity but requires mandatory registration, with limited places.
The morning shift (10:00, 11:00, 12:00 and 13:00) is open to free registration for any boy or girl born between 2010 and 2016. You can apply for a place on the website www.zaragozadeporte.com.
Children who have participated this year in one of the Zaragoza Deporte municipal swimming courses can reserve a place for the aquatic party during the afternoon hours: 4:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. To do this, they must follow the instructions they have received by email.
