The price to purchase a home in the Aragonese capital, based on the data from the real estate portal, is positioned at an average of 189,375 euros .
This ranking once again highlights the cities on the outskirts of Madrid as the areas with the greatest pressure on the existing stock on the market, which surpass and share interest with the main provincial capitals. In first place is Móstoles, which surpasses Madrid , which is in second position, followed by Getafe . Alcalá de Henares is in fifth place, surpassed by Valencia.
In sixth place is Santa Cruz de Tenerife , followed by Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Torrent (Valencia), the aforementioned Zaragoza and in tenth place Barcelona .
