An enchanted forest full of luminescent mushrooms in every corner, a magical cave where you can live an immersive experience, the four elements of nature and even a waterfall and a river. The Voltereta restaurant is one of the most anticipated openings in Zaragoza and the establishment, which will open “very soon”, according to its team, promises to make diners feel like they are in a real fairy tale.

Voltereta will open in the macro-local located at the confluence of Santa Teresa de Jesús and La Salle streets, near Plaza San Francisco and is one of the most fashionable restaurants in Valencia. Through some videos published on their social networks you can see the assembly process of a place that will have a waterfall and a river inside.

As soon as you enter the premises, they say, you will find a room of magical objects handcrafted by hand. And if you want to access the enchanted forest, you will have to pass a test and live an immersive experience with the four elements of nature (fire, water, earth and wind).

Voltereta is one of the most popular establishments in Valencia, and each one is inspired by a place in the world (Bali, Kyoto and Manhattan). The restaurant has already announced that the one in Zaragoza was based on a city that would make customers feel like they were in a movie. And judging by the decoration that is already filling the establishment, everything points to it being a city full of fantasy.

Voltereta is known for having a personalized menu in each of its themed restaurants, as well as tasting menus. In Kyoto, for example, you can eat oxtail gyozas, crunchy salmon, yeraki duck croquettes or red tuna tartar. In Manhattan, there is a lot of American food with hamburgers and other dishes with cheek cannelloni or truffle ravioli and in Bali there are also typical Asian dishes such as sushi rice, eel, foie, oyster mayonnaise, furikake and brown sugar or a butter chicken dish.

Among their proposals, there is also the typical, traditional one, the one they call Casa . There you can find dishes such as slow-cooked Iberian ribs, pear and cheese bags, katsu curry, vegetable tempura and homemade hummus. Prices range from 4.5 euros for portions of, for example, bao bread, to 18-20 euros for the most exclusive dishes such as Norwegian salmon.
