The best burgers in Spain, gluten-free areas and lamb: this is everything you can eat in the food trucks

One of the places that receives the most influx of people during the Fiestas del Pilar is already putting the finishing touches to its preparations and is getting ready to host the best gastronomy and music on the banks of the Ebro. The food trucks are almost ready to roll, but we will have to wait until October 3 to be able to enjoy them. Until October 13, 22 food trucks, 12 DJs, 30 concerts and two new areas (one for DJs and vermouth and afternoon sessions and another for children equipped with stands to guarantee the children’s view) will welcome thousands of people.

The gastronomic proposal, of course, is one of the great attractions and this year there will be a great novelty: 
“The Burger Place”. A new area separated from the rest of the food trucks where you can eat the Best Burger in Europe 2023 with Jenkins, the Best in Spain with La Muralla and the best in Aragon by Nola Smoke, by Zaragoza chef Álex Viñal. In addition, the Carniceros Viajeros proposal will also be available there.

Among the options, this year there will also be two 100% gluten-free food trucks (Bye Bye Blat and Sabor a Pirineo) and a 100% vegetarian option at The Veggie Point. This year the capacity of the food trucks has been increased with tables for 3,500 people. In addition, there will be two large tents with transparent roofs where you can have lunch and dinner.

Among the classics, this year there will also be “Sabor a Pirineo” at the food trucks, the stand dedicated to happy hens’ broken eggs with chistorra, “La Lila” with its calamari sandwiches, “La mafia canalla” with chicken popcorn or its “Serranito” sandwich or “La taquilla” with the Mexican touch of nachos, tacos and quesadillas. El Ternasco Kebab, Giros Griego, Smoked Pulled, Salchichica, Asian, Gala Urban Food and Bye Bye Blat are other options. Among the new features, the Italian touch of La Mafia Canalla, El Barco (which could already be seen at The Champions Burger), La Vividora, La Papa Frita, Rural Van, Cheecks or Birolla stands out.

From Mexican to Italian food, burgers and even sweets, the food trucks will offer a wide variety of products for all tastes. The opening hours of the food trucks will be from 12:00 to 3:00 from Sunday to Thursday and from 12:00 to 2:30 on Fridays and Saturdays.
