FROM RESTAURATION TO SPORTS TECHNICIAN POSITIONS
Among the wide variety of offers there are vacancies in catering, customer service, maintenance or positions in the mountain and events area, among others. In addition, the Aramón Ski & Snowboard School, which operates in the Teruel, Javalambre and Valdelinares resorts, is also opening its offer through the Group’s employment portal for the recruitment of Sports Technician positions with a specialty in skiing and snowboarding.
The Aramón Group has an average seasonal workforce of 750 people, although on certain dates it exceeds 1,000 employees, 80% of whom are permanent. Due to its size, the Aramón Formigal-Panticosa resort is the one that generates the greatest number of jobs, followed by Cerler. In addition to these direct jobs, there is also the employment generated in the tourism sector around the ski resorts, which is estimated at around 13,000 indirect jobs.
Employees have a series of added benefits such as ski passes for the resorts during their days off, season tickets for immediate family members, meals during the working day, transport assistance, discounts on all services offered and, additionally, at the Formigal-Panticosa resort, due to the volume of workers, accommodation solutions have been provided for some years now thanks to agreements with hotel establishments.
