Aramón closes the Christmas campaign by doubling the number of skiers

Snow production has allowed more than 100 skiable kilometers to be maintained

The Aramón Group is ending the Christmas campaign for this 2024-2024 season, with almost 200,000 days of skiing , double that of the same period last year. The opening of all its facilities, a full agenda of activities, good weather, and the quality of the snow have been key factors in this achievement, as reported by the group.

This is largely due to the production of snow, which has allowed more than 100 skiable kilometres to be maintained and has guaranteed optimal conditions for skiers to enjoy. Thanks to this production of snow, the group has managed to double the skiable area offered compared to last season in the same period.

A CHRISTMAS AGENDA FULL OF ACTIVITIES

The snow holding company has had a Christmas with a full agenda of activities for all audiences, which has attracted thousands of families and tourists. Highlights include visits from Santa Claus, who made special stops at all the stations to hand out candy and greet the little ones, the celebration of the traditional New Year’s Eve bells , the torchlight descents, and the visit of the Three Wise Men, among other fun-filled activities.

In addition, Marchica Experience, better known as M Experience, the perfect combination of snow and music, has been one of the great attractions of the Christmas season. During these holidays, the ten stages spread across the Aramón resorts have hosted performances by outstanding artists such as Valcar, Ardiya and Carlos Jean in Marchica; Vio in Big Room; and Göly and Sergei Rez in Remascaró, the après-ski in Cerler.

Since the start of the season, Club Aramón Premium members have been able to enjoy Aramón Cashless, a solution that allows them to pay directly with their ski pass at the various catering outlets, while also benefiting from exclusive discounts.

GREAT TOURIST AND ECONOMIC IMPACT

The group has demonstrated the great impact of snow tourism, confirming the importance of its multiplier effect on visits: for every skier, it is estimated that two additional visitors arrive. This has boosted the economic dynamism of the valleys in which it operates, almost reaching full capacity, and thus reinforcing the role of the group in the tourist offer of the region.

The forecasts for the rest of the season are positive, with the Aramón Group working to continue offering unique experiences. Christmas has ended with a storm that has left about 10 centimetres of snow in several of the group’s resorts. In addition, the arrival of a cold front is expected in the coming days, which will allow snow production to continue, thus guaranteeing an unforgettable experience for visitors.
