January is a month of holidays in the Aragonese capital, and after leaving behind New Year and Epiphany, it is the turn of the city’s patron saint: San Valero. It is celebrated on January 29 and this year falls on a Wednesday, although it can also be an opportunity to take a trip, taking advantage of the low season and cheaper prices.
