如果欧盟不能与中国当局达成解决方案,欧盟委员会同意对  使用电池含量高达 38.1% 的中国 制造的进口汽车征收关税

据欧盟委员会报道,这一决定是在去年10月正式启动一项调查后做出的,调查内容是中国对 进口电动汽车提供补贴 ,因为其价格人为低于欧洲价格。

基于此项调查,委员会今天决定征收新的关税,结论是中国制造商受益于“不公平”补贴,对 欧洲电动汽车生产商构成“威胁”。

具体来说,制造商比亚迪的关税为 17.4%,吉利为 20%,上汽为 38.1%。与此同时,对于其他配合调查的电动汽车制造商,关税将为 21%,而对于那些没有配合调查的制造商,关税将上升到 38.1%。对于在中国生产的特斯拉,“可能会收到”单独的关税。

欧盟委员会表示,已 与中国当局联系,寻求 符合世界贸易组织规则的解决方案。如果不能达成解决方案,关税将从7月4日起生效。
